StringCats

Opening or closing act: an energetic intermezzo by violinists StringCats (10 min)

Two classically trained violinists on modern electric violins bring to you a smashing and very original intermezzo. Their swinging and virtuous show contains a mix of modern and classical music. This renewing act mixes repertoire from classical music in rock beats to film tunes and hits from all over the world. Supported by a professional and specially arranged musical tape their impact is high. StringCats will leave the guests a memorable and lasting experience.

NEW: BaRock is StringCats' newest show is which contains a surprising transformation! The violinists start in baroque style (music, dress and wigs) and halfway changing to rock /contemporary music style and outfit. This extra touch has already proved itself to be a smashing success!

Breakdance act

Energizing opening breakdance act for dinner or after party (5 min)

With a minimum of 3 dancers this act astonishes and addresses a divers audience. These dancers belong to the best breakdancers in Holland. This act shows you their sleek and energetic dance moves, like head spins and back flips, that you have never seen before! Dancing on music like James Brown these professional entertainers are always and will be definitely a big success on your event.

Special: Transformation for extra impact. If you like to surprise your guests even more the dancers can start their act fully costumed to your liking before the act starts. For instance as lackey's if the events takes place in a castle or as cook's if the act is to be the opening dinner act. The entertainer/actors walk around in their role before starting their energetic dance show. This surprise maximizes the impact of this act for sure!

Multi cultural act

Interesting musical theatre act containing a variety of musical disciplines from different cultures. The international artists come from Asia, South America, America, Africa and Europe. Donna e Mobile is a theatrical harp and soprano duo. They bring classical music in an original way and astonish their audience with poetical lyrics and breathtaking costumes! Donna e Mobile bring to you a variety of famous Italian repertoire dating from the 18th century, known as the ‘Aria Antiche'. The talented and professional musicians know how to connect with and captivate their audiences. Donna e Mobile reaches out to any audience regardless of demographics and musical expertise and will enrich their musical experience through interaction.

Mobile surprise: Very special and unique is their mobile act, on a so called ‘harp-car', harpist Rose is pulled forward by soprano Maayke. In this way harpist Rose can play while being pulled forward, this gives an extra surprising touch and ensures a smashing and surprising entrance!

Van Bach tot Bossa (harp-flute duo)

Informal but stylish harp-flute music (3 x 45 min) Van Bach tot Bossa

This very original musical duo on harp and flute plays a variety of music styles from (light) classical music ("Bach") to Sting and A.C Jobim ("Bossa"). And with the extra small percussion-set, that flutist Cecile uses, the real bossa nova comes to live.

Jazz singer Katelijne van Otterloo

Katelijne van Otterloo is a jazz singer who is remarkable for her spontaneous way of singing. Interaction with the people and her musicians and her great feeling for atmospheres is a trademark for this talented singer. Katelijne is accompanied by piano (or guitar) and double-base or with extra drums. They play songs of The American Songbook (Gershwin, Porter, Ellington etc.) as well as songs of Ivan Lins, A.C. Jobim, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, George Benson, Cindy Lauper etc. But all in her own, swinging and "loose"-style.

Divertimento string quartet or trio

This stylish female string quartet consists of first and second violin, viola and cello. The Divertimento string quartet has been performing together for a long time, which makes their playing vivid and of high standard. They bring to you well known salon music, like Mozart, Viennese walz, ragtime's, polka's and Argentine Tango's. This string ensemble provides great unobtrusive background music.

Bubbles Lounge & Beats is a high quality live lounge jazz act that plays background lounge music, jazz and subtle dance music that generate a sophisticated sound that would grace any venue. Vocals are by Singer Zosja (Dutch Idols finalist) with a smooth and silky sound and a unique musical expression she can call her own. Music from 20's-30's-40's-50's and 60's (< 4 hours)

Wonderful and nostalgic music from the special days. No deafening rock music, no punk, but all those great old songs from the big band and pre-rock era. Retro DJ Charley plays the original recordings on a high quality but compact sound system. Ideal if you have a 50's-60's theme party he will play music like Rock & Roll, BigBand Swing, Soul, Ska, Beat, Jive, Twist, YéYé and a Go-Go. Also for the even more earlier day's like the pre WWII era he brings you a Roaring twenties party.

Sophisticated soul jazz duo (3 x 45 min)

Martin Suits is a highly experienced professional instrumental duo on guitar and bass. Their performance will complement your event beautifully. They provide unobtrusive background music ideal for wedding reception or cool dinner. This sophisticated soul jazz duo can be extended by the talented jazz singer Katelijne van Otterloo. He plays the newest and best lounge tracks from all over the world and can be supported by a variety of professional live musicians on special instruments like harp, violin, guitar but also more mainstream like percussion, saxophone, and MC. This innovating lounge act with a professional lounge look will undoubtedly be a big success!

DJ Koen

Professional and experienced all round DJ

DJ Koen can play the various lounge styles, the latest dance hits, disco classics and even ones in a while a Dutch favourite!

DJ Koen can play with a variety of live musicians, like saxophone and trumpet. His performance can be supported by VJ Vibes, who shows visuals and mood images on a big screen. DJ Koen is a warm and empathic person who can sense his audiences' wishes perfectly!

Partyband The Recipe

Non-stop partyband The Recipe plays todays hits and well known Dance classics. Unique and famous for their non stop medley music formula. This energetic, young band will definitely make you wanna dance to their swinging music!

All our workshops are customised to suit your needs and can be suitable for children and/or adults, for any special occassion, parties, or corporate events. We provide all art and craft items for our various craft workshops, and all instruments like drums and percussion for our music workshops.
